Reflexology is a complementary holistic therapy where you are considered as a whole and encouraged to develop self-awareness. The ultimate aim is to achieve a healthy balance for you, the client.
It can help to restore and maintain your body’s natural equilibrium.  You may even think about yourself holistically for the first time ever.
I use firm pressure, but this is a gentle therapy designed to calm, sooth and promote your body’s own healing responses.  Suitable for all ages it may provide relief from a wide range of conditions when you are treated regularly.

I bring all necessary items, such as comfortable pillows, soft blankets, a reclining chair and calming, relaxing music.
After about a 30 minute consultation I will make you comfortable in my chair and commence treatment on your feet using only my hands.
You may drift off into a sleep state for the whole of the session or you may drift in and out of deep relaxation, whilst being aware of various sensations. It is fine to say how you feel during or after the session.  My aim is for you to feel relaxed. Following treatment we have a short discussion during which you return slowly to your previous state of alertness.

We have a brief discussion about how you have been since last time, then start treatment.  We have a brief feedback afterwards.

First Visit No less than 50 minutes of actual reflexology treatment, allowing time for initial consultation and feedback.

Subsequent Visits include short update, at least 60 minutes’  treatment and feedback.
